GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Construction is ASA's only business. Building projects–the actual hands-on management and application of materials, manpower, and equipment–remains the most important service we provide. We are builders, first and foremost, with the solid financial, technical, and personnel resources to construct just about anything.
DESIGN/BUILD
ASA Construction is a proponent of the design/build concept. The advantages of design/build are well established–early involvement of key subcontractors, fast-tracking the project schedule, providing owners with a single source of responsibility–to name just a few. Our design/build experience and expertise has helped scores of D/B customers successfully take their projects from concept to completion with a clearly laid-out vision and an accurate and detailed plan to get them there.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
ASA Construction can help Owners by serving as their representative under a fee-based contract for managing the complete project lifecycle–from design and initial cost estimates through completion and turnover–or any phase of that process. Managing GCs and/or a team of subcontractors, and collaborating with an owner and architect to move a complex project forward is the kind of challenge ASA embraces with the confidence derived from solid CM project experience and an impressive depth of in-house construction management expertise.
PRECONSTRUCTION
ASA Construction has seasoned professionals solely dedicated to the preconstruction phase of Design-Build and Construction Management at Risk projects where leading the development and finalization of the design is critical to project success. This includes a formidable BIM capability featuring the latest in Building Information Modeling technology.
