Our Culture
We believe we have the "best of the best" when it comes to company culture at ASA Construction. We are large enough to take on multi-million dollar projects with all the benefits and opportunities of a large company, but have retained the feel of a small, close-knit group with a strong emphasis on the growth and development of each individual.
Our commitment to people began when Heather Asa, our founder, established nine principles to guide the company's conduct for operating ethically, respectfully, fairly, and competitively.
MISSION
Achieve sustainable and profitable growth through operational excellence.
VISION
To be the contractor of choice for our clients, employees, subcontractors, and design partners.

THE ASA WAY
The ASA Way is a creed that all employees strive to work and live by. It is a tangible way to explain who we are and who we want to be.
"I am accountable for my actions, respectful and compassionate to others, unmatched in my work ethic, and a positive ambassador for ASA. I am an important member of the ASA Team, committed to working toward ASA's Mission by focusing on collective success, and embracing a culture of continuous improvement."
CULTIVATING A SPIRIT OF TEAMWORK
ASA's Teambuilding Program focuses on fostering improved communications and teamwork among employees. The teambuilding events are fun, popular, and often quite challenging and have yielded significant results. Recent events have included the Tug of war, Kickball and Scavenger Hunt Competition.
SUPPORT FOR SOLDIERS & VETERANS
Proud to honor our veterans, the entire ASA home office assembles on Veterans Day each year to pay tribute to those employees and their family members who have served their country. This is among the most important and anticipated of ASA's annual events. ASA always looks for ways to say "Thank you" to our military. This will include building war memorial monuments, sponsorship of base/post special events, giving time and materials to military charities, and related service.
